This project explores how better visibility can make supply chain operations more efficient. The student mapped out a basic order fulfilment process, identified common issues such as low stock, delayed deliveries, and unclear tracking, then designed a prototype dashboard to help users monitor inventory, follow delivery progress, and make faster decisions.
