Overview
Built a complete V-belt pulley assembly system consisting of a shaft, pulley, base, brackets, bushings, bolts, circlips, and set screws using engineering CAD workflows. The project focused on accurate dimensioning, exploded assembly visualization, tolerance application, and manufacturable part design. I created detailed technical drawings for every component, ensuring proper fitment and mechanical functionality across the full assembly. This project strengthened my understanding of mechanical drafting, assembly relationships, tolerance control, and real-world manufacturing standards.
